1. Acceptance of Terms

By using CrossTracker, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Access and Use of the Service

CrossTracker requires a connection via Discord and is therefore subject to the same usage restrictions as Discord. Certain features may be offered in the form of a paid subscription. You may freely use CrossTracker as long as it does not disrupt the proper functioning of the service. Any abusive use or attempt to manipulate the system may result in suspension or deletion of your account.

3. Liability

CrossTracker does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Under no circumstances will CrossTracker be held liable for data loss, synchronization errors, or any other issues related to the use of the service. You use CrossTracker at your own risk.

4. Account Deletion and Suspension

You can delete your account at any time via the deletion button available in your user space. You can also revoke CrossTracker's access to your account by removing the authorization via Discord. CrossTracker reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of abuse or harmful use of the service.

5. Intellectual Property

CrossTracker does not claim any ownership rights over user data. All elements of CrossTracker (logo, interface, code) are protected, and their use outside the service is not authorized without permission.

6. Changes to the Terms

These terms may be modified at any time. In case of significant updates, we will inform users via our website or another appropriate means.
